The Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) has established the following Public Registers under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011.
The "Register of Licensed Property Services Providers"
is established pursuant to section 29 of the Act. It comprises a list of Property Service Providers (Auctioneers/Estate Agents, Letting Agents and Management Agents) licensed by the Authority. Click here to enter the Licensee Register
The "Residential Property Price Register"
is established pursuant to section 86 of the Act. It includes Date of Sale, Price and Address of all residential properties purchased in Ireland since the 1st January 2010, as declared to the Revenue Commissioners for stamp duty purposes. Click here to enter the Property Price Register
The "Commercial Leases Register"
is established pursuant to sections 87 & 88 of the Act. It includes the Address, Rent, Date and Term of Lease of all commercial leases entered into in Ireland since the 1st January 2010, as declared to the Revenue Commissioners for stamp duty purposes. Section 88 of the Act requires all tenants, who have entered into leases with effect from 3rd April 2012, to complete a "Commercial Leases Return" and furnish the Authority with details of any Capital Contribution Paid in respect of the Property, Rent Reviews, liability for Rates, Insurance, Service Charges and Repairs, Rent-free Periods, Fitting-out Time, Fit-out Allowances and particulars of any Break Clause in the Lease. Commercial Lease Returns.
Tenants of commercial properties\Land are required to return particulars of their Lease agreement to the Authority within 30 days of receipt by them of the stamp certificate from the Revenue Commissioners. Such returns may be filed on-line.
The Authority will be sending out reminders to all leases where no return has been made.
